Chinese Porsche Celebrates 10 Years
Porsche is celebrating its 10th anniversary in China with a special edition model. Based on the Turbo S, and limited to only 10 production units, the model features a gold painted exterior. Also on board is a carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber rear spoiler and 19-inch Sport Classic wheels.
But this special edition doesn’t stop outside. Interior additions have been added to enhance this model. The Porsche cabin has been outfitted with Alcantara sport seats, carbon fiber trim and exclusive sill plates. There’s also a Sport Design steering wheel, unique floor mats and special badges.
Power comes from a turbocharged 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine that produces 523 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. It’s connected to a seven-speed PDK transmission, enabling the car to accelerate from 0-to-62 in 3.3 seconds, while hitting a top speed of 196 mph!
